I love the Historic Jameson! I have stayed during halloween and for my birthday and both times was a blast! Super clean, great food and friendly people! Plus the whole town is full of fun things to do! My favorite part was waking up and heading down stairs for a delicious home made breakfast!

We had a great time at the haunted murder mystery, first time to attend one. It was fun to mingle with the characters and try to figure out the story! Dinner and drinks were delicious while we toured the Jameson to solve the mystery! Definitely felt a spirit presence there! The historic hotel is truly a lively and unique place to visit.

My wife and I went to the Jameson for lunch, and it was far above what we expected! We both ordered burgers: she had a bacon cheeseburger with an over medium egg on top, and I had a double cheeseburger deluxe. About 20 min after we ordered, we received our meals, and the burgers were incredible. The hand pressed patties were so juicy that when I first bit into mine, it leaked all over my hand! They even got the over medium egg perfect! Their fries were good, seasoned well, with a little bit of garlic salt (but not too much), but the best part we're the onion rings! I was a little nervous because they didn't look "picture perfect," but our server informed us that they were hand made. I bit into one, and they were delicious! Lightly battered, they were amazingly crunchy, never stringy, and the batter was well seasoned! I would go back for just the onion rings any day! If there was anything they could have done better, I would have said that when they were forming the burger patties, maybe squish them a little flatter, as a double burger was almost too big for my considerable mouth. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience, for some delicious food, at a very reasonable price, I might add! I will be back again for sure! Oh, by the way they gave us peanut butter cookies with our check! What a great touch!
